Ernest P. Worrell messes up almost everything. His tendency to fail makes it hard for him to keep his job. When he finally gets a chance to play on his boss’s team, the Clean Sweeps, he is shunned by his friends. One day in the locker room, he meets an angel who bears resemblance to professional player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. The angel presents him with a pair of shoes–shoes that allow Ernest to become the dream player he always wanted to be!
Slam Dunk Ernest is seventh in a line of classic films featuring Ernest P. Worrell. His propensity to absolute comedy mixed with the fact there is no overly crude humor makes this a great movie for families.
