Pray (2007) is the first movie of the pray trilogy.
News of a missing mother, Lourie Curtis, does not affect young Madison Preston who doesn’t realize that she is being stalked by Laurie’s kidnapper. Madison’s plans to meet her friend at the mall go awry when that friend doesn’t show up. Events turn sinister when Madison finds herself locked in. It’s not long before she realizes she’s being stalked with no way out. Left with no other options she turns to her final resource. Prayer.
Despite the bad reviews left on liberal social media platforms like Reddit, Pray is actually pretty good quality and builds faith. Pray is not a “Christian campfire story” but is based upon real events and the miracles that happened.

Real people, reel comments.
“While I did enjoy this movie, the plot was a little weird. It was a definitely a lower budget film but overall did a good job at being suspenseful.”
