Time Changer (2002)

Bible professor Russell Carlisle has just finished his new book. When he tries to get it approved by his university it is rejected by one man, his colleague Norris Anderson. Russell attempts to convince Norris that his concept – Removing Jesus from His morals – would not be harmful to future generations. To show him the error of his ways, Norris sends Russell one-hundred years into the future – into the twenty-first century. To his increasing horror, Russell finds the modern era quite different from his own, but not in a positive way. The people Carlisle comes across don’t read their Bibles, they don’t have respect for the church, and they don’t even know who Jesus really is! Russell becomes determined to find someone to stop this societal downfall, then he realizes he is that person.

“It was refreshing to see a movie where the importance of Jesus Christ in our lives is used. Especially nowadays when Christ is being removed from so many things.”
