Come and meet this classic old-time family – the McCoys. Originally residing in Smokey Corners West Virginia the family inherits a farm in the San Fernando Valley where they plan to start a new life. Grandpa Amos McCoy is the leader of the family. Big Luke McCoy acts as the father to his younger brother Little Luke and sister Hassie. Kate, Luke’s wife, runs the household. Don’t forget about Pepino the families hired hand. Together they topple obstacles and work together to keep the farm alive; and they have fun doing it!
