PBR is Coming to CW August 9th
Professional Bull Riding’s Camping World Teams Series is now on CW. CW recently signed a multi-year contract with PBR for the exclusive rights to broadcast the Saturday and Sunday events. However this may not be all good news for Bull Riding fans. CW has had serious network errors in which fans have been unable to watch their event. Bad management and lack of communication between CW and its local affiliate stations have caused some events to be prematurely ended. viewers have reported inability to receive CW’s national programming through their local station.
We covered a similar issue CW had with the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Read our full report on the issue and our solution here, or keep reading to find out how to bypass the hassle and stream PBR on the CW 100% legal and 100% free.

How to Watch PBR on the CW
So here it is, the simple work around that very well may let you stream your favorite PBR event without any paid subscription. This easy trick is called Puffer. It’s a research project directed by Stanford University with the intent to discover which channels are most popular.
Here’s the good part; Puffer allows you to stream Bay area television stations including NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, FOX, and of course, CW — and all completely free! All you have to do is visit their website at https://puffer.stanford.edu/ and create a free account. Then you can stream TV on any of San Francisco’s local affiliate stations including PBR on CW on Saturdays and Sundays, Fox on Fridays, and CBS on Sundays.
How Puffer Works
Here’s some details about Puffer’s compatibility. Puffer works on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Opera browsers but not on Safari. You can watch it on a computer or Android phone or tablet, but not on iphones or ipods. Puffer has a user limit of 500 viewers so it is possible that if you try logging in during a major live sporting event, you may not be able to watch. No worries, just try again a few minutes later (or a few seconds for impatient types). People log in and out all the time, so you might find an open slot. Want to learn more?
